On demand

Set up for your center on request.

Most of the catalog you switch on from your own account. These two we set up with you instead, because each one needs connecting to something outside Classivo before it can send anything. Tell us you want one and it is quoted with your onboarding.

On demand

The two we set up for you

Each has a full page in the catalog. Neither carries a self-serve price, because what it costs depends on what it has to connect to at your center.

Achievement Test Notification

On demand

What it is for

We connect your center's own Gmail or Google Workspace account, so results go out from your address and not from ours. Upload the sheet, pick the template, and every parent gets their own result, merged with their child's name and score and logged per recipient so you know it arrived.

Why it is set up rather than switched on

Connecting your Google account is real work, and the sort of thing nobody should have to attempt from a help article, so we do it with you on a call as part of onboarding. Classivo never sends from its own mail servers on your behalf.

What this is not

It is not a gradebook. Classivo does not store or calculate student progress — your sheet carries the scores, we merge and send them. That keeps you in control of the data and keeps us out of being the system of record for your students' results.

What it includes

  • Bulk send from a spreadsheet — no forms required
  • Sent through your own Gmail or Google Workspace account
  • Per-recipient send log, so failures are visible

Text Messaging

On demand

What it is for

Email is the wrong channel for anything urgent. Nobody watches an inbox to find out the center is closing early, and nobody watches one to find out whether their child arrived.

Why this one is priced differently

Carriers bill per message, so "unlimited" texting always has a limit somewhere, even when a plan does not say so. This will be the one add-on with usage-based pricing: a monthly allowance with a published overage rate, so you can see the ceiling before you hit it. Text messaging in the US also requires registering your center with the carriers first. That is real paperwork and we do it as part of onboarding rather than handing you a link to a form.

What it includes

  • Two-way texting from your center's number
  • Broadcast to a class, a center, or everyone
  • Same templates and merge fields as email

Tell us which one you need

Say which of these matters to your center and what you would use it for. That is what we need in order to quote it and set it up.

Tell us what you need

Not sure which you need?

Tell us how your center sends results and messages to parents now, and we will say which of these two fits, what setting it up involves, and what it costs.
