Test results and monthly reports, sent in one action
We connect your center's own Gmail or Google Workspace account, so results go out from your address and not from ours. Upload the sheet, pick the template, and every parent gets their own result, merged with their child's name and score and logged per recipient so you know it arrived.

Your spreadsheet is the data
Upload a sheet with names, emails, scores, levels — whatever you want in the message. Write one template with {{name}} and {{score}} in it, and Classivo fills in the rest, one email per family. A fresh sheet each round.

Sent from your center, not from a vendor
Mail goes out through your center's own Google account. Parents see the address they already recognize, replies come back to you rather than vanishing into a no-reply mailbox, and your deliverability is your own — it can never be damaged by another company's mailing list.

What this is not
It is not a gradebook. Classivo does not store or calculate student progress — your sheet carries the scores, we merge and send them. That keeps you in control of the data and keeps us out of being the system of record for your students' results.
Connecting your Google account is real work, and the sort of thing nobody should have to attempt from a help article, so we do it with you on a call as part of onboarding. Classivo never sends from its own mail servers on your behalf.
