Services

The setup is the part that usually goes wrong. So we do it.

Most software hands you an empty account and a help center. We would rather do the import, build the form, connect your email, and hand you something that already works on your own data.

Tell us what you need built

Why this is paid work

Because pretending it is free is how it ends up done badly. Importing a directory, getting email to send correctly from your own account, and translating a form that carries a financial commitment all take real time and real care.

Centers that get a proper setup stay. Centers handed a login and a wiki article quietly stop using it and blame the software. We would rather charge for the hour and have you in the first group.

Custom form build

per form, per month

Document Organizer comes with three forms: enrollment, schedule change, and pause or cancellation. Any form beyond those three is $5 a month, in English, on top of the add-on. Send us the paper one, a PDF, or a photo of it and we build it and wire it into your submissions inbox.

What you get

  • We handle the layout, the required fields and the validation
  • The $5 a month covers the form in English, and building it
  • Own the Language Pack? We write it in your languages too, at no extra charge
  • Your logo and colors are not part of this — that is Custom branding, below
  • You approve it before a single parent sees it

Onboarding and migration

one-time

The part most software makes you do alone. We import your student and parent directory from whatever you have now, set your center up, and connect sending from your own account so email goes out from your address, not ours.

What you get

  • Student and parent directory imported from a spreadsheet or your old system
  • Staff accounts and what each of them is allowed to do
  • Email sending connected and tested against your own account
  • A live walkthrough with whoever will actually use it day to day

Custom branding

one-time

Your logo and colors applied across parent-facing forms and their confirmation emails, so nothing a parent sees looks like it came from a vendor.

What you get

  • Covers parent-facing forms and their confirmation emails

The process

How a custom form build runs

Usually about a week, most of which is you having time to read the draft.

  1. 1

    Send us what you have

The paper form, a PDF, a photo, or just a list of the questions. Whatever exists.

  2. 2

    We build a draft

Fields, validation, and required-versus-optional. In English first.

  3. 3

    You mark it up

You will want changes. This is the step everyone underestimates and it is included.

  4. 4

    Sign off and go live

You approve the English, we add your other languages if you have the Language Pack, and the link is yours.

You can build forms yourself. This is the other option.

The editor is yours. Add questions, change the wording, set what is required, edit your policy text and your tuition table, all without asking us.

Sending it to us instead is for when you would rather not spend the evening on it, or when it needs to work in a language you do not write. Either way, you approve it before a parent sees it.

Migration

Coming from another platform

The directory is the hard part — student names, parent emails, grades. Export whatever your current system gives you, in whatever shape it comes out, and we will deal with it.

We will also tell you honestly if the move is not worth making. If your current tool does the one thing you need and you are happy with it, that is a fine answer and we would rather say so than sell you a migration.

Included in onboarding

  • Student and parent directory imported and checked against your own records
  • Your center set up, with its address, branding and public contact details
  • Staff accounts, each with the access their role needs
  • Email sending connected to your own Google account, and tested end to end
  • Your first form live, with a link you can send that day
  • A walkthrough with the people who will actually use it, not just the owner

Send us the form you use now

A photo of it is enough to start. We will tell you what it takes to turn it into something a parent can fill in on their phone, in their own language.
