A language is offered only when it is finished
A form that switches to Spanish and then shows six English questions reads as carelessness by your center. So a language only appears to a family once every question has been written in it — until then the form stays English, and your progress is shown to you rather than to them.

Why this is worth paying for
A parent who cannot read the enrollment form either does not return it, or fills it in wrong and you fix it on the phone. If a meaningful share of your families speak one of these at home, this is the add-on most likely to get more of your forms filled in.

This is the one thing on this site we could not find any competitor offering. The closest does six European languages of interface chrome only, with the form body left in English; the largest childcare platform does English and Spanish. We found no competitor offering Arabic, Bengali, Nepali or Chinese on parent-facing form content.

It works on your Document Organizer forms
The Language Pack translates the forms you make with Document Organizer, so you need that add-on to use it. It is the one add-on here that depends on another; every other one stands on its own.

One price a month, on top of a $19/month platform fee that covers your account whichever add-ons you take. It does not change with how many staff you have or how many students you enroll.
